It is a tool of post-production designed with the primary objective of changing scenes after the render process. This program could be considered the older brother of SOAP.
Changed Lights, Colors And Textures using pre-rendered images as base can change colors and textures and its influence on the scene including reflections/refractions raytrace and effect of the GI.
Independent Of The Rendering Engine It does not handle 3D data so the mesh they will not need more, you can share your project without sending your mesh! I Colimo only needs some render and a past of our 501 mode or Mental Ray shader.
