I played around with CodeLock a bit and coded a decryptor for CodeLock 2.7-encrypted PHP files.
To decrypt files, you also need the CodeLock decryptor file (usually named “codelock.php”; in the same directory as the encrypted file), because the decryption key is stored in it.
I packed a sample file (and the suiting codelock.php) along into the archive for you, to test the decryptor.
